Targeted Growth: Youth Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

For Ages 8–12

Summer 2025 Session in Jefferson City!

Targeted Growth is a structured, short-term program designed for youth whose behavioral health needs go beyond what weekly outpatient therapy can provide.

This program is designed for those who:

• Show signs that once-a-week therapy isn’t enough

• Are at risk for school suspension, expulsion, or out-of-home placement

• Face emotional or behavioral challenges that need more focused care

  
  

Through Targeted Growth, youth participate in:

• Group Therapy

• Family Therapy

• Individual Therapy

• Medication Management (as needed)

  
  

Program Schedule: 3 days/week • 2 hours/day • 6 weeks
