Thoughtfully designed to support pregnant and postpartum parents, Rooted Connections provides a compassionate and supportive space to explore the emotional complexities of this journey - from pregnancy through early parenting. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you're not alone.
Our team offers relationship-based care that helps you feel supported, empowered, and understood. Through group therapy, individual support, and skill-building sessions, we walk alongside you to navigate the ups and downs of early parenthood.

ABHS IOP supports parents and caregivers via:
Virtual group therapy 3x a week
Weekly individual therapy
Family, Couples, Child-Parent therapy
Medication management
PMH•IOP is for new parents who also experience:
Anxiety and panic attacks
BiPolar disorder
Depression
Eating disorders
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Struggles with attaching to baby
Struggles with activities of daily living
