Melanie Anes, MS

Melanie Anes, MS is originally from New York, but has lived in the Nashville area since 2016. She received her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lipscomb University. Melanie sees children, adolescents, and young adults. She is passionate about fostering a welcoming and safe environment for her clients. Melanie is trained in play therapy and utilizes both play and expressive arts to assist clients in processing things that may be challenging to verbalize initially. She approaches therapy from a person-centered perspective while borrowing elements from other therapeutic modalities depending on the client's needs. Melanie sees clients in person at the Nashville office and via telehealth.
