Anna Arts, LCSW

Anna Arts (she/her), LCSW, IMH-E, is the Director of Community Programs and a clinical social worker. As a therapist, Anna specializes in working with young children, adolescents, and their families. She is passionate about infant and early childhood mental health and walking alongside children and families in their journey towards healing from traumatic or difficult experiences. Anna also works with young children and adolescents experiencing anxiety and depression and children in out of home placements. A proponent of collaborative based therapy, Anna emphasizes caregiver involvement to create individualized treatment plans that build on the strengths of the family. In addition to seeing clients in the Nashville office and over telehealth, Anna supports the development of Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation systems across the state.
