JOIN US IN OUR PURSUIT OF
BETTER OUTCOMES FOR ALL.

Allied Behavioral Health Solutions is a locally owned organization focusing on serving individuals, families, and communities to create better outcomes for all. Increasing access to high quality behavioral health services is one of our contributions to these better outcomes. Our staff specialize in a variety of topics and treatment methods to allow us to meet every client wherever they may be. ABHS consists of a closely connected core group of therapists who collaborate and support each other’s professional goals. We accept all orientations and faith traditions, and we are most interested in candidates with a love for inclusivity and allyship who can translate that into their therapy practice.

OUR
VALUES

Relationship

ABHS values relationships both in and outside of clinical work. We believe that professional development is a trajectory similar to human development. As such, we are deeply committed to fostering an environment where staff can build personal and professional relationships that result in better outcomes for all.

Client Care

ABHS believes our clients are the experts of their own stories and experiences. We use a cultural humility and diversity-informed framework to support clients navigating what they identify as important in their personal growth, and honor clients' individual needs to support better outcomes for all.

Flexibility

We do hard work. ABHS is deeply committed to creating an environment where clinicians and staff are able to seek not only clinical and professional support but also achieve a meaningful balance between work and life. ABHS empowers staff to utilize flexible scheduling to meet both work and personal needs.

Supervision

Supervision ensures a mutual dedication to better outcomes for all between team members, clinicians, and leadership to ensure a fidelity to high-quality services and use of evidence-based practices.

ABHS believes that our team members and co-workers are our greatest resource for professional support and a collaborative, warm working environment.
